Zutaten:
- 150g Jasmine rice
- 450ml water
- ½ teaspoon Nivartana turmeric
- ½ Nivartana cinnamon stick
- 1 Nivartana mace (or freshly grated nutmeg)
- A handful of raisins
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Rinse the rice
Rinse the rice at least three times thoroughly until the water runs clear. This removes excess starch.
2.Add water and spices
