Sautéed Spinach with Almonds

Ingredients:
  • 500g fresh spinach
  • 80g almonds (chopped or whole, depending on preference)
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp Nivartana chili flakes (or to taste)
  • ⅓ tsp Nivartana turmeric
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:

1.Wash the spinach: Thoroughly wash the fresh spinach in cold water to remove dirt and sand. Drain well.

2.Prepare the onion and garlic: Peel and finely chop the red onion and garlic.

3.Sauté: Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat until soft and slightly golden brown.

4.Add the spinach, Add the spinach to the pan. Sauté for about two minutes, stirring constantly, until the spinach wilts.

5.Add spices and almonds: Add the chili flakes, turmeric, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and fold in the chopped almonds.

6.Serve, Stir everything together, remove from the pan, and enjoy!
