Ingredients:
- 50 g kohlrabi
- 100 g potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp Nivartana Ceylon curry powder
- ½ tsp Nivartana turmeric
- ½ tsp Nivartana Curry leaf powder
- 1/2 stick Nivartana cinnamon
- 250 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes, then cut them into wedges or cubes.
2. Finely dice the onion and garlic (Brunoise).
3. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until soft and lightly browned.
4. Add the kohlrabi and potatoes and fry everything together for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
5. Add the spices (curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon,curry leaf powder), mix well, and season with salt.
6. Add a little water, stir everything well, and let it simmer for about 4 minutes.
7. Add the coconut milk, stir well, and let the curry simmer for a few more minutes until everything is soft and well-combined.
Tip:The curry can be enhanced with fresh herbs such as cilantro or a splash of lemon juice.
