Ingredients:
- 100 g carrots
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Nivartana spicy meat seasoning
- ½ tsp Nivartana chili powder
- ½ tsp Nivartana Ceylon curry powder
- 120 ml coconut milk
- Optional: Some fresh parsley or carrot greens for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices or small cubes.
2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots to the oil and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned and soft.
4. Add the spices (spicy meat seasoning, chili powder, and curry powder) and stir well so they are evenly distributed.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and let everything simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, until the carrots are tender.
6. Optional: Chop some fresh parsley or carrot greens and stir them into the finished carrots.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
