Arugula-Sambal

Ingredients:
  • 500g arugula
  • 150g shredded coconut
  • 1 lime
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ tsp Nivartana black pepper
  • Salt to taste


Preparation:

1. Wash the arugula thoroughly to remove any impurities and gently dry it with a kitchen towel.

2. Finely chop the arugula and place it in a bowl. Cut the shredded coconut and the red onion into fine rings or cubes and add them to the bowl.

3. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add it to the bowl along with the black pepper and salt.

4. Mix everything well so that the flavors are evenly distributed, and then enjoy immediately.
